Trip to Star Idaho

We enjoyed fresh picked raspberries every morning.
"Only pick the purple ones!"
The boys enjoying a little swing.Who loves their Daddy?Connor first experience in a "big" pool it was a lot of fun even if his lips went blue after a few minutes. He was a little nervous but luckily his Daddy "braved" the cold water.Crew was ready to get in too, but I didn't bring him any swim clothes so he just dipped his toes in.They loves looking out the windows and unfortunately Connor was tall enough to reach the dead bolt so he kept escaping out the doors.Great picture Grandma! Why doesn't he hold still like this for me?Crew too cute and a slobbery mess but the next week his tooth cut through so that is why all the drool.Father and sons enjoying a little football in 3D.Mmm Watermelon.Connor was following Sienna around and they became fast friends. How cute is this picture?
Eating some ice cream....Or mostly getting it allover.Playing on a super fun playground that was luckily shaded so it wasn't too hot.And lots of fun running through the sprinklers and finally getting the nerve to pick up the hose and chasing people with it.
We were really lucky this summer to be able to take a fun vacation to visit our family in Star. It was great because we hadn't seen Kevin's brother and his family since before Connor was a year old so that was really nice to spend some time with them. We did a lot of things and took tons of pictures the boys had a great time and I know Connor is ready to go back and help Grandpa with any yard work, and picking things from the garden.

Summer Wrap up

All I can say is precious.
Connor going down the bouncy house slide at Kevin's work party.
They played for a long time riding on the back of the dinosaur.
Connor loved, loved, loved riding on the carousel
Don't you love how cute they are I love that they are all smiling it is so cute.
Connor's new favorite thing to do at the Zoo, ride the carousel.
What a cute picture I love these guys!
One of Connor's favorite activities at the Zoo riding the train. Crew was not so happy.
Connor and Halle on the other side.
Crew and Miller on one side of the teeter totter at the Zoo.
Connor loves the Cabin.
While my Dad and I split all those logs and stacked them Connor helped by putting all the bark and wood chips in the tractor. It was so cute and he almost filled it as you can see.
Connor got his first Bee sting, if you can see from this picture his thumb and pointer finger are pretty swollen. But he has a smile on his face, what a good boy. Here are a bunch of pictures from what we have been doing this summer. Now I still have a ton of pictures from our trip to Boise so more to come later. I hope this will help you little sister see how cute my babies are getting and I am excited Dad said you guys were coming here for Christmas, I can't wait to see you. Also I know you are worried about who you are going to stay with so if you want you can stay on our futon. I love you Linds.

Summer Catch Up

Connor was a little afraid of the huge T-Rex but once he realized it wasn't going to eat him he loved it!

All Aboard!!! One of the highlights of the Zoo experience for Connor.

Kevin and Connor went to the Ward father's and son's Dinner and if you can't tell by Connor's face he has never had so much fun.

Some of the boats the little guys made to float down the river.

Happy Father's Day! We love you Kevin.

Crew eating some delicious strawberries or just making a mess with it.

When I was taking a picture of Crew Connor kept saying "cheese" so I had to get a picture of him too, what a cutie.

Oh my boys getting their first bath together at first Crew wasn't sure about all of Connor's splashing but now he is the instigator.

Connor is getting pretty good at "smiling" and saying cheese when he gets his picture taken.

Crew is obsessed with Connor and always has to be near him or at least where he can see him and see what he is doing.

So I haven't made the time to get on the computer to update the blog so this will be a long one folks.

Happy Father's Day to all the father's out there who have impacted my life. I would like to thank my own father especially for the wonderful things he has taught me and always being there for me. I love you Dad! I would also like to thank the father of my two sweet little boys. You truly are an amazing father and I am so glad my boys have you to look to as what a father and man are supposed to be, thanks I love you so much and am more amazed by who you are everyday.

We got to go to the Zoo and it was so much fun and super HOT! I am a stay in the shade or get wet in over 90 degree heat but it was so much fun and I can't wait to go back. I asked Connor what his favorite animal was he saw at the Zoo and he said the dinosaurs so he loved it. He also talks about the train ride we took so thanks again Mom for the amazingly fun day.

It has happened my sweet, beautiful, talented little sister and her husband made the trek across the USA to their new home in D.C. I miss her and can't believe she really lives there but I know she will have an amazing time and I am excited for her. Thankfully everything with their move went great and I am so excited to hear more about her life in D.C.
